Field Service Technician
Job Description:
Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing dock levelers, sectional overhead doors, commercial high speed doors, dock seals/shelters and other loading dock equipment and warehouse equipment. Service Technicians work independently or in small teams and work directly with customers.
Experience and Skills:
– Strong mechanical aptitude
– Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems
– Good customer service skills
– Ability to work outdoors, at heights and lift up to 75 pounds
– High school education or GED
– Valid driver’s license with excellent driving history
